Manual forms must be submitted via email to worldsperfectathlete@gmail.com. Forms are due once bid is given, the processing fee, and ad page fee have been paid
Any changes to divisions, sports, optionals, etc. past our due date will result in a $125 change fee. Manual forms must be turned into the corporate office by May 1, 2019.
The event forms, WPA Waivers, WPA talent release forms must be turned in at check in.
