World's titles are for athletes in levels 5-7. Cheerleaders will be required to state their level prior to the competition. This will be at the discretion of the parents and coach. Please indicate age and level on the athletes registration form. For the competition video entry, licensed music may be added to the competitor's video, but NO EDITS to the competitor's performance on the video are allowed. Edited videos will be disqualified.

Cheerleaders vying for the World's titles will compete with a mandatory 90-second solo cheer routine and in the mandatory evening gown/formal wear division. (overall score is determined by 75% solo score and 25% evening gown/formal wear score.)

Competitors may enter At-Large for a $425 entry fee + $175 ad page fee. Qualification is not required for an At-Large Entry.

Competitors may get a bid to have the $425 entry fee waived by submitting a video or compete at a World's Perfect Athlete sanctioned state event or competition.  You must make 70% of your score sheet in order to receive a bid. Once you receive your bid, you are required to register, pay for your $60 World's Perfect Athlete processing fee within 72 hours, and within 4 weeks the athlete's ad page fee of $175 will be due. This will secure the competitor's title and spot in the competition, and the competitor's state crown & sash will be sent to the competitor at that time. All fees are due by October 15th, 2024, unless approved by a World's Perfect Athlete Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Executive.

Failure to make proper payments will result in loss of bid, title, and there will be no refunds under any circumstances. 

In addition, state titles, crowns, & sashes are property of World's Perfect Athlete. If there is a breach of any kind concerning payment, behavior, and/or misrepresentation, it will result in the competitor losing their bid, title, crown, & sash. All items will need to be returned to the World's Perfect Athlete headquarters within 1 week of notification. Failure to comply will result in a penalty fee of $125. 

Athletes may compete in additional optional divisions for additional fees. 

The World's Division will award 3 titles in each age group.

• World's Perfect Cheerleader (1st Place)
• America's Perfect Cheerleader (2nd Place)
• Diamond's Perfect Cheerleader (3rd Place)

Competitors do not need to have a bid to compete in any of the World's Perfect Athlete optionals. This part of the competition are additional fees. 

World's Perfect Cheerleader-Solo Only $50 

This is an opportunity to perform the same solo you performed for the main title or to perform a different solo. The routine can be no longer than 90 secs. Solo Only is a stand-alone score. You do not need this optional to qualify for World's Perfect Cheerleader Grand Champion. Your level does need to be indicated on manual registration form.

World's Perfect Tumbler $50 (required for Grand Champion) 

Athlete's may showcase their tumbling in this optional. This portion of the competition is where you will perform your best standing combination of skills, and best tumbling pass (corner to corner). Please do not add jumps or dance in your showcase. You must compete in Perfect Tumbler to qualify for the Grand Champion Title. Your level does need to be indicated on manual registration form.

World's Perfect Jumper $50 (required for Grand Champion) 

Athlete's may showcase their jumper skills in this optional. This portion of the competition is where you will perform your best jump (single skill), best jump combination of skills up to 5. You must compete in Perfect Jumper to qualify for the Grand Champion Title.  Please do not add tumbling or dance in your showcase.  Your level does need to be indicated on manual registration form.

World's Perfect Stunt Group $50 each 

Compete in a routine with up to 5 teammate(s), any style, and all music. Routine must be 90 secs max,.   Your level does need to be indicated on manual registration form. Age group is determined by the oldest athlete in the group.  This is a stand-alone optional. 

Most Spirited $25 

This is an optional judged during your main solo. The judges are looking for the X-Factor, an amazing performance with high energy, great facials, etc. Most Spirited is a stand-alone optional. We award winners in each age group, in each sport, and is not a required for Grand Champion. Must be indicated on manual registration form.

World's Perfect Cheerleader-Duo/Trio $50 each 

Compete in a routine with a teammate(s), any style, and all music. Routine must be 90 secs max, level must be stated, and age group is determined by the oldest athlete. This is a stand-alone optional. 

To Qualify for World's Perfect Cheerleader Grand Champion you must compete in the main solo, evening wear, Perfect Tumbler, and Perfect Jumper. Those scores are added together and the highest overall score will win this title no matter age or level. 

We do not double crown, meaning if you win Grand Champion, you will not win your age division. The first runner up in that age division will be moved up to win 1st place in their age group.

**Any unsportsmanlike conduct from the athlete, coaching staff, and/or parents will result in disqualification of the athlete. Decisions are final. All parties involved will be asked to leave if it is a "live" event and will not be invited back  to our competition.

The Duchess Division was created to give our newest level 1 and level 2 cheerleaders a chance to try out their skills on the big stage. Athletes must follow USASF tumbling guidelines in their solo routines. Tumbling skills CANNOT exceed the level that is recorded on the contestants registration form. The contestants will be scored according to USASF Level 1 or 2 Skills accordingly.  For the competition video entry, licensed music may be added to the competitors video, but NO EDITS to the competitors performance on the video is allowed. One Duchess will be crowned in each age division. This means there is only one title per age group. Duchess Grand Champion title winners, if level 1, MUST move up to level 2 the following year, to stay in Duchess Division or move up to Princess Division. Duchess Grand Champion, if level 2, MUST move up to the Princess Division the following year.

Competitors do not need to have a bid to compete in any of the World's Perfect Athlete optionals. This part of the competition are additional fees.

***Please note that SCHOOL Solo Athlete routines may contain a cheer. The cheer may be performed to music or you may stop and perform the cheer.

Cheer Teams vying for the Cheer Team titles will compete according to the time limit, age group ages, and rules stated for their division and level indicated on their registration form. 

 TIME LIMITS

• All-Star Cheer routines are limited to 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
• School and Recreational routines are limited to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Routines may be performed to all music or can stop their music to perform a cheer. 
• Half-year/Prep routines are 2 minutes.
• Novice routines and Special ABILITIES are 1 minute 30 seconds.
• Show/Exhibition are 2 minutes 30 seconds.

Failure to make proper payments will result in loss of bid, title, and there will be no refunds under any circumstances.  In addition, state titles, crowns, & sashes are property of World's Perfect Athlete. If there is a breach of any kind concerning payment, behavior, and/or misrepresentation, it will result in the Team losing their bid, title, crowns, & sashes. Allstar Princess/Prince - School - REC - Show/Exhibition Perfect Cheer Teams  $65 per athlete

1 Team - $175 Ad page fee.  Allstar Levels 3-4, REC & Exhibition/SHOW  Levels 3.

This is an opportunity to perform a team routine for the main title consisting of tumbling, jumping, dance and stunts. The routine can be no longer than 2 minutes and 30 seconds. The Teams level does need to be indicated on the manual registration form.

Half Year/Prep Duchess/Duke Perfect Cheer Team  $65 per athlete 

1 Team - $175 Ad page fee.  Levels 1-2

This is an opportunity to perform a team routine for the main title consisting of tumbling, jumping, dance and stunts. The routine can be no longer than 2 minutes. The Teams level does need to be indicated on the manual registration form. 

Novice Duchess/Duke Perfect Cheer Team  $65 per athlete

1 Team - $175 Ad page fee.  Levels 1-2

This is an opportunity to perform a team routine for the main title consisting of tumbling, jumping, dance and stunts. The routine can be no longer than 1 minute 30 seconds.  The Teams level does need to be indicated on the manual registration form.  

Non-Tumble Perfect Cheer Team $65 per athlete 

1 Team - $175 Ad page fee.  Duchess Levels 1-2, Princess Levels 3-4, World's Levels 5-7.  The routine can be no longer than 1 minute 30 seconds.  Non-Tumble Division will not qualify for a Grand Champion title. The Teams level does need to be indicated on the manual registration form.  

SHOW (EXHIBITION) CHEER DIVISIONS  $65 per athlete

This is an opportunity to perform a team routine for the main title consisting of tumbling, jumping, dance and stunts. The routine can be no longer than 1 minute 30 seconds.  The Teams level does need to be indicated on the manual registration form.  All SHOW (EXHIBITION) CHEER DIVISIONS Athletes follow level rules but do not compete against other Athletes. SHOW (EXHIBITION) CHEER DIVISIONS Athletes will be critiqued and scored by the judges and scored and receive awards accordingly.
